Woman Who Refuses To Date ‘Lazy Men’ Says Women Should Dump Boyfriend If They Don’t Gym 5 Times A Week

Fitness is important, no doubt about that. But how far do we take it? When does the gym transform from being something that you do- to something that you need to do? And if we were to listen to this New York model- it is certainly a necessity. This fitness-obsessed diva has urged women all over ‘not to date’ men who are ‘lazy.’ In fact, she has stated that women should dump their boyfriends if they don’t hit the gym at least five times a week.

Santana Rodriguez, the Puerto-Rico born model, recently stated that she needed fit men in her life. “Relationships with lazy people should be discarded.” If one were to go through her Instagram, they would know why she had such strong beliefs. Her abdominal muscles and chiseled body has gained her close to 200,000 followers.

This model from New York usually frequents the gym 5-6 times a week. And that has given her a body that has graced the covers of FHM, Maxim, and others. She is also a TV presenter.

Recently she explained, “If a man doesn’t hit the gym, it absolutely will not work out between us. I’ve had this experience of dating a man who wasn’t into fitness, and it was like I was drowning along with him because my energy was depleted.” Now if you think a gym could suffocate you- there are tons of outdoor exercises that you can do. And fortunately- Rodriguez is up for it!

Model, Presenter, Gym Rat- Rodriguez Wants A Guy Who Would Understand Her Part Of Life

This gym rat did clarify, “I don’t always train in the gym, I prefer the outdoors. I get bored with workouts so I constantly have to update and change my workout regime.” But she doesn’t think of the gym as a place for socializing either: “I don’t like being bothered when I go to the gym. I want to be in and out of there within a certain time period. I lead a busy schedule so managing my time is critical.

Now- Rodriguez isn’t that shallow that she only wants men who are extremely fit. She explained, “I date men who are confident, respectful, give me my space, and are compassionate. They should love dining out and be both emotionally and intellectually intelligent and strive to be the best version of themselves. I like a guy who makes it a point to incorporate training and good eating habits into his life.

The only aspect of dating that Rodriguez doesn’t care about is age. She would date a man if they made her laugh- irrespective of their age. But, this gym freak definitely has a certain dietary regimen that her suitors need to collaborate with.

I like to have a protein shake in the morning, a higher-based content of carbs in my meal for lunch. For example, pasta with a protein like chicken in it or a salad with chicken or tuna and for dinner a higher-protein meal consisting of fish or chicken with vegetables. My go-to snack is salt-less popcorn with hummus.
