The attorneys for Amber Heard have made a shocking accusation against Johnny Depp yet again. According to newly unsealed court documents obtained by Page Six, Depp suffers from erectile dysfunction. The legal team of the actress went to court based on this issue. According to them, the alleged violent behavior of the actor could be a result of this malady. The documents stated, “Though Mr. Depp would rather not disclose his erectile dysfunction condition, such condition absolutely is relevant to sexual violence, including Mr. Depp’s anger and use of a bottle to rape Amber Heard.” Over the course of the court proceedings, Depp had categorically denied every single allegation of rape.

The lawyers of Amber Heard also claimed that the supposed penile issue of Johnny Depp would make him more susceptible to bouts of rage. And this supposed probability is what led to him being agitated or angry whilst encountering the Aquaman star. This could have also resulted in him resorting to a bottle to rape Amber Heard. Back in May, Heard had broken down during the defamation trial as she spoke about this alleged rape. She mentioned that the star had raped her with a liquor bottle and also threatened to cut her face in an altercation that took place in 2015. Speaking to the court, Heard stated, “I didn’t know if the bottle he had inside me was broken. I couldn’t feel it. I couldn’t feel anything.”

Amber Heard’s Team Alleges Johnny Depp Was Suffering From Erectile Dysfunction
Interestingly, the court documents state that this was the same night that Johnny Depp experienced a severed finger. He claimed that he suffered a severed finger when Amber Heard flung a vodka bottle at him. As it stands, the couple had gotten married only a month earlier. During the resulting cross-examination, Amber Heard also admitted that she had not sought medical attention even after being raped. “As I have always said, I don’t remember exactly what happened first, or the sequence.”
The resulting defamation trial between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard resulted in Depp being awarded $15 million. The compensation was over claims that he was defamed in a Washington Post op-ed in 2018. She, on her part, was awarded $2 million over her claims that Depp’s attorneys made false and disparaging comments about her. The team of attorneys representing Depp did not respond to requests for comments on the allegation of erectile dysfunction.
