Animals seem to have a knack for staying hidden when they don’t want to be found. Be it because of natural camouflage, like the chameleon or the octopus, or a matter of blending in with their surroundings like the leopard or the zebra! And, when it comes to pets, however, sometimes it’s all about timing! Just like these photos of hidden animals will prove, staying hidden in plain sight is easy when you’re an animal!

Spot the baby bobcat
When you first look at this image, you would naturally assume it’s just a picture of the forest floor covered in leaves. But, take a closer look! This is a picture taken by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation‘s trail cam. Hidden amongst the leaves is a tiny bobcat kitten! Can you find her?

While this picture is in the concrete jungle, rather than the real jungle, it’s still a fun one! A man named Kevin Hollingsworth snapped this image while sitting in traffic. Can you find the hidden animal?

This family in Australia spotted a highly venomous eastern brown snake in their backyard. And, he or she was definitely a little too close for comfort. Don’t worry though! Snake Catchers Brisbane & Gold Coast helped relocate the hidden animal to a safer location – for both the snake and the humans who live here! This guy definitely has the knack of hiding!
