Here’s A Pig In Pink Tulips, To Brighten Up Your Day

These adorable pictures of a pig in pink tulips will melt your heart! But this piggy is more than just a cute pet!

While we go by day by day without thinking twice about the things we need to do, many people struggle to complete daily tasks that we take for granted. These people often can’t cope with living alone and require different kinds of assistance to get through the day. One way to get through life, for many of these people, is with a therapy animal. These highly and specially trained pets help humans in many ways.

While some people just need a weekly visit with a therapy animal to help create balance and a sense of calm, others need them daily!

These amazing animals are trained to assist humans by providing affection, comfort and helping them get through stressful situations and environments. They can help people who have addiction problems, learning difficulties, and even mobility loss![1]

The pig in pink tulips is a therapy pig!

Fluffy, the pig in pink tulips, has made the rounds on the internet for his adorable photoshoot among the flowers. Many people don’t know about this cute little Canadian pig because she is also a certified therapy animal! She helps people get through life by offering them support.

Fluffy’s owner, Erika-May Poulin-Pasmore, is a zootherapist. She also has a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. Erika-May and photographer Chantal Levesque have worked together a few times now. She’s photographed many of the therapy animals, including fluffy, in a previous photoshoot – Almost as cute as these images of the pig in pink tulips! [2]

Fluffy is 2 and 1/2 years old. I was looking into a special, more unique type of therapy animal (coworker) and came across a few people who had pigs. I got attached and, after doing some research about the proper care of a pig, I felt she would be a great work partner and family member.
